This is a newly-created role, for someone to lead on design projects, encompassing both technical and conceptual design elements, leading on projects from start-to-completion.

Day to day, you will be involved with:-

• Client and internal project briefings
• Design input / direction and conceptual planning for projects
• Creation of design files using Vectorworks, Cinema4D and the Adobe Creative Suite – including floor plans/lay out diagrams, elevations, exploded diagrams, models technical drawings, build documents, 2D and 3D renders and 3D visualisations
• Progress reporting, client interfacing and project managing
• Allocating work to others in design team
• Final submissions sign off

Salary with experience £60-70,000
