KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design high-level and detailed ETL solutions using the Ab Initio suite, including GDE, Plans, EME, m-hub, and DQE.
• Lead and mentor a team of Ab Initio developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and components to optimize development efforts.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective designs.
• Review and approve development deliverables, including ETL code, design documents, and test plans.
• Oversee the implementation of Ab Initio solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS/ GCP or in containerized environments.
• Ensure proper application of parallelism techniques and meta-programming for efficient processing.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, version control, and development best practices.
• Proactively identify risks and address project challenges to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of ETL workflows.
