WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Guide and support therapists with training and fidelity checks
· Run engaging sessions and step in where needed
· Complete client assessments and help design individualized plans
· Collect, graph, and analyze data to measure progress
· Collaborate with senior staff on program planning
· Lead Parent Coaching and support community integration goals
· Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings
