How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the collection, validation and clinical quality review of patient-level data for national clinical quality initiatives. Provide guidance, consultation and best practice education to team members on the design and maintenance of registry and clinical databases in accordance to regulatory requirements. Abstract relevant data associated with assigned projects. Audit to ensure the integrity and accuracy of information collected and entered into the data collection system for their assigned projects. Proactively identify potential problems affecting the data collection process on assigned projects and coordinate follow-up of problem resolution. Prepare, present and interpret clinical quality data reports with clinical and leadership teams on quality improvement projects. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking Cardiogenic shock registry experience. Experience working with Epic, Meditech, and/or Cerner. Relevant and current abstraction experience preferred.
