Lead Account Coordinator Join our team as a Lead Account Coordinator and take ownership of driving operational excellence. You will oversee intake tracking, manage escalations, and ensure smooth workload distribution across teams. Your leadership will help maintain transparency, improve service execution, and strengthen long-term account health. Responsibilities Oversee incoming request tracking and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-through. Manage and update weekly scorecards to monitor productivity, SLA adherence, and workload complexity. Serve as the first escalation point for order tracking, backlogs, and delays across key accounts. Support leadership in identifying capacity gaps and recommending solutions. Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Admins, and Analysts to align tasks with client expectations. Assist in onboarding new hires and help establish standard operating procedures for consistency. Participate in strategic planning sessions and reporting to enhance visibility and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales operations, account coordination, or order management. Proven ability to manage multi-step workflows with accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to lead without formal authority. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Business Objects. Experience mentoring peers or supporting team development initiatives.
