Description
As a Lead Account Manager focusing on Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and cultivating robust relationships with key customers at a regional level in Southeast Asia with key focus on Indonesia and Surge. You will actively identify and develop significant business opportunities by understanding customer needs, the competitive landscape, and Nokia’s FWA Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) innovative products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, contribute to pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts that align with both customer goals and Nokia’s corporate objectives. You will require a strong technical background in FWA and related technologies, coupled with excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills. Portfolio Business – FWA CPE * You will be reporting to the GSCO sales organization with dotted line to the Portfolio Business (PB) FWA General Manager * Nokia is planning to disinvest the FWA CPE unit towards End of 2026 and you will be moving to NewCO together with the rest of the FWA CPE unit * Scope of this position within the NewCO could grow in products and/or responsibilities
