THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Lead Accountant to join our team and take ownership of client files, manage full-cycle accounting, and ensure our clients’ finances are accurate and compliant. You’ll work closely with our CPAs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak seasons.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage full-cycle accounting: prepare and finalize financials, close books, and ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards.
• Lead corporate and personal tax preparation and filings accurately and on time.
• Conduct compilation engagements across multiple industries.
• Handle payroll, reconciliations, T2s, T1s, and other accounting essentials.
