  Moorings Park is looking for a Lead Activities Concierge. The Lead Activities Concierge is responsible for leading, coordinating, and delivering a comprehensive, person-centered activity program that supports residents’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. This role designs and implements engaging programming aligned with residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories to foster connection, purpose, and a strong sense of community. The Lead Activities Concierge collaborates with interdisciplinary partners, provides leadership to community life staff, coordinates volunteers and vendors, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations. This position plays a key role in enhancing quality of life at GardenView by championing the Best Friends™ Philosophy and promoting dignity, respect, and meaningful engagement throughout the community.     Contributions: * Leads the planning, coordination, and implementation of meaningful, person-centered programming aligned with residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories. * Develops and delivers a robust calendar of daily group and individual activities, special events, and off-campus outings that promote engagement, connection, and well-being. * Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to support resident health, safety, and functional wellness. * Fosters and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, volunteers, vendors, and the broader community to build trust, engagement, and a sense of belonging. * Champions the Best Friends™ Philosophy by obtaining and maintaining the Best Friends Certified Master Trainer (BF-CMT) designation and integrating its principles into programming and resident interactions across departments. * Provides ongoing education and support to partners to incorporate residents’ life stories, personalize engagement, and embed meaningful interaction into daily care and activities. * Creates, manages, and distributes the monthly activity calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality program execution. * Tracks attendance and participation, complete required documentation in a timely manner, and maintain accurate records. * Plans, submits, and manages the activity budget in accordance with financial guidelines. * Visits and engages new residents shortly after move-in to assess interests and encourage participation in community life. * Coordinates volunteers and work closely with outside vendors to enhance program offerings. * Coordinates setup, logistics, and execution of special functions and events. * Supervises, schedules, hires, trains, and evaluates assigned community life partners to ensure accountability and program excellence. *  Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including Florida Agency for Health Care Administration and HIPAA requirements. * Assists with emergency procedures, including fire drills and resident safety instructions. * Attends and actively participates in staff meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration. * Adheres to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet community needs. Job Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in recreation, healthcare, or related field preferred. * Previous experience in activities coordination with a senior population preferred. * Prior experience in hospitality, dining services, activities, or senior living preferred. * A valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. * Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.   Moorings Park ® Communities, a renowned Life Plan organization includes three unique campuses located in Naples, Florida.
