As a Lead Administrative Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our corporate functions and initiatives, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across various departments. You will report directly to the VP of Digital Transformation & Strategy, and you will work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact on the overall operations and strategy of the company by providing high-level administrative support and ensuring alignment and coordination across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports. * Coordinate communication between departments and assist in project management to ensure timely completion of tasks. * Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with corporate policies.
