We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and friendly Lead Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a key role working alongside both the General Manager and Business Manager to support day-to-day operations.
Serious applicants only – candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to set up, track, and manipulate data in Excel
  • Prepare and edit professional presentations
  • Comfortable navigating social media and online advertising platforms
  • Holds a valid G or G2 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities within an office environment
  • Professional experience in a business setting
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
