Responsibilities:

As a Lead Administrator within our Student Administration team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of services; focused on the provision of timely, accurate, courteous and consistent advice, information and assistance across all activities within our unit.
This role will work within the admissions portfolio, where you will work in partnership with key academic areas to provide and manage support activities. You will play an important role in prioritising and setting workload as well as acting as an escalation point for complex and/or challenging enquiries.
A key aspect of this role will be to ensure the continual improvement of administrative practices to optimise efficiency and quality.

The specific tasks in your role will vary, however the following key tasks apply to all portfolios:

  • Providing a range of Student Administration activities, including overseeing prioritisation and workload setting.
  • Undertaking operational activities and/or projects such as: streamlining processes to ensure efficiency across different aspects of your portfolios.
  • Ensuring staff are informed and understand legislative obligations and privacy requirements.
