Spavia Apple Valley is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our team! We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in Apple Valley, MN.

Esthetician earnings can start from $30 to $50 per treatment, including gratuity. In addition, we offer a competitive commissions and bonus package. Compensation based on experience.

We provide a full variety of skin care including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, full body waxing, mineral makeup, spray tanning, and brow and lash treatments. We also offer a beautiful range of result-driven clinical active ingredients to natural organic ingredients for our guests. In-house training provided for your benefit. REQUIREMENTS FOR ESTHETICIAN:

• Actively State Licensed Esthetician with at least 3 years of experience
• Minimum one year leadership and training experience
• Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
• Passionate about helping other succeed
• A can-do attitude and high energy
• A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry

• Leadership: Motivate and drive the team to provide a 5-star exceptional experience through treatments and product offerings.
• Team Management: Assist manager with maximizing weekly schedules. Ensuring the schedule is fully staffed.
• Training: Provide ongoing training, monitor performance, and guest reviews. Coach and mentor team members in providing an exceptional guest experience. Point person for supplier rep for ongoing product knowledge training and new product introductions.
• Sales and Reporting: Drive sales goals within retail and membership sales. Have regular check-ins with the team to discuss goals, track progress, and identify any challenges. Create and manage sales contests in collaboration with management.
• Hiring and Training: Assist in the hiring of new estheticians, on-boarding, orientation, and modality training. Ensuring Spavia Brand Standards are adhered to.
• Inventory: Responsible for monitoring skincare product inventory, and supplies. Complete monthly inventory ordering and receiving process.
• Other tasks as assigned.
