Te Poutāhū (Curriculum Centre) is looking for a dynamic Lead Advisor, Engaement to lead and deliver best-practice communications and stakeholder engagement across a range of high-impact initiatives.

In this pivotal role you will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of engagement strategies to support curriculum transformation.
  • Coordinate key engagement activities, channels and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse communities, peak bodies, and sector leaders.
  • Support effective change management through the development of clear, consistent, and culturally responsive communications, including newsletters, presentations, and stakeholder information packs.
  • Provide expert advice on media, messaging, and risk management to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Collaborate across the Ministry to ensure integration, consistency, and a shared narrative in all communications

Salary range: $99,496 - $120,690 per annum + 3% kiwi saver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.
