Then take on a key role as an AI Transformation Manager (m/f/d) at Quadriga. Together with the management team, you will identify strategic potential for the use of AI, prioritize initiatives, and actively drive their implementation within the company. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people, bringing together diverse perspectives and ensuring that ideas become concrete, productively used solutions. In doing so, you will play a key role in shaping how we, as a training and career development company, leverage the opportunities of AI for the future.

Your responsibility

• You analyze existing processes across departments and, together with management, identify concrete levers for AI and automation potential.
• You manage AI pilot projects from idea to roll-out – with a clear focus on benefits, effort and measurable results – and are responsible for implementation.
• You will work closely with different departments and our tech team, developing sustainable solutions for operational challenges.
• You evaluate AI tools, automation platforms and GenAI applications and derive well-founded recommendations for action from them.
• You create acceptance and sustainable use through workshops, sparring, and targeted knowledge transfer into the organization.
• You report directly to management and ensure transparency regarding progress, impact, and next steps.

Your skills

• You possess process and organizational understanding and are experienced in the analysis, optimization and further development of organizational processes.
• You have practical experience in using AI tools and automation solutions, for example with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Make, n8n, Zapier or similar platforms.
• You understand the basic concepts of modern AI (e.g., LLMs, Prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Agents) and can use this knowledge to make a sound assessment of which technology is suitable for which use case.
• You combine strategic thinking with a strong hands-on mentality and independently put ideas into practice.
• You communicate clearly, convincingly and on equal terms, and you manage to inspire people about new technologies.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a strong desire to shape things.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) in both spoken and written form.
• You bring relevant professional experience, ideally from management consulting, project or process management, or from a comparable role with a focus on transformation or digitalization.
