Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Summary of the Position: Hourly, Part-Time Lead Advocate Position serving youth and families throughout Philadelphia and Delaware County is available.  * Lead Advocate must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings.  * Primary responsibilities of the Lead Advocate are to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families  * All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.  Position offers flexible hours, weekly pay, mileage, and activity reimbursement.  Hourly Pay: $22 Qualifications/Requirements:  * Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. * Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources. * Experience working with at-risk youth * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage is required.  * Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
