Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our Influencer & Partnerships Team plays a key role in building brand love and driving rapid growth. Now, we’re gearing up to scale like never before, and we’re looking for bold, brilliant minds to join the ride.
We’re now looking for a Lead Affiliate Marketing Executive to join us and help supercharge one of our fastest-growing performance marketing channels across the UK and US markets. You’ll be playing a pivotal role in growing our creator affiliate program, managing global agency and platform relationships, and optimising and scaling our fast-moving TikTok Shop program. Here’s an insight into your day to day :

This role will best suit someone with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate or creator partnerships ideally across multiple markets.

  • You’ll be analytical, commercially-minded and comfortable reporting on performance metrics such as CPA, AOV and CPM.
  • You’ll have a growth mindset and a deep understanding of how to drive ROI and scale efficiently.
  • You’re organised, proactive and able to manage multiple programs and touchpoints with autonomy.
  • You’re a confident communicator, skilled at building long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and platforms to unlock opportunities.
  • You are a collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams such as Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, CRM and CX.
  • You have a solid grasp of the creator economy, with awareness of trends, best practices, and platform dynamics.
  • Above all, you’re passionate about what we’re building and excited by the power of influencer and affiliate marketing to drive meaningful brand growth
