Responsibilities May be assigned to the equipment room Will be responsible for ramp inventory items Maintains a daily log, such as a paper log or electronic spreadsheet, and also prepares daily reports to be shared with management Responsible for requisitioning, receiving, storing, disbursing, shipping and delivering ramp equipment. Equipment may include wands, radios, scanners, headsets, and other items Must possess excellent organizational and leadership skills and work with minimal supervision. Received and ship products for operational purposes Maintain all supply and inventory logs to support the operation May be required to utilize a forklift or other machinery to store and secure products in proper location Required to utilize inventory tracking tools to ensure inventory is always accurate May be required to operate medium duty trucks at times. Will be required to Facilitate the safe keeping of hazardous materials. Will be required to communicate and disseminate information through company email as well as other various communication platforms. Must be able to make sound judgments that are safe, a smart business decision and justifiable. Qualifications How will you make an impact? Requirements Minimum age: 18 High school diploma or GED equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel and Word Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role Ability to lift items of various weights including 50 lbs. Available to work rotating schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Possess the legal right to work in the United States One year of office/clerical experience Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
