Job Description Major Duties and Responsibilities Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow Coordinate and negotiate rates with our contracted vendors Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards Contribute and maintain good relationship with suppliers Meet compliance at all times Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests Work with team to meet KPI standards in accordance with Company procedures Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively Participate to the transition of new business / update to existing business Qualifications 1 years of industry specific qualification Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active, strong organizational skills Good computer skills (Excel, Word) Fluent in English Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits: Employee Stock Purchase Plan Training and Personnel Development Program Growth opportunities within the company
