Responsibilities: Leading advanced AI projects including scoping, requirements definition, strategic decisions, and timelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, guiding algorithmic tasks, and fostering technical discussions. Developing and implementing machine learning and computer vision clinically focused algorithms, from understanding the clinical needs, through research and development of novel technologies to integration into product environment. Participation in leading feature development activities including defining workflows and user interface requirements, leading technical design review and support conducting verification plans and FDA submission. Advance the research agenda of the team you work on, while also collaborating with peers across the organization. Requirements: Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills. M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or Mathematics from a leading university or equivalent work experience. Proven hands-on 5+ years experience in computer vision AI development for industrial applications. Demonstrated ability to write Python and C++ code towards building robust, efficient, scaled-up software systems.
