Job Title: Lead AI Developer (Hybrid)
Location: Lansing, MI
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $70/hr on C2C / 1099 (all inclusive) or $65/hr on W2

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Doc AI and related GCP solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight for other developers.
Design and implement AI/ML solutions to streamline critical business processes.
Ensure SEM/SUITE compliance, security, and data integrity.
Contribute to project integration, maintenance, and implementation efforts.
Design conversational flows, chatbot interfaces, and ensure optimal user experience.
Build, manage, and optimize chatbot applications across platforms (web, mobile, voice).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile development practices
