Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Python to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade AI applications.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience deploying GenAI/LLM applications into production, supporting live business operations, and ensuring scalability, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Build multi-step LLM workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Develop RAG pipelines involving embeddings, vector databases, document indexing, and retrieval optimization.
• Implement AI agents with tool/function calling, structured outputs, error handling, and fallback mechanisms.
• Develop LLM evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, regression testing, and quality gates.
• Optimize AI applications for response accuracy, latency, token consumption, and cost.
• Implement observability using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, logging, and tracing.
• Develop scalable Python applications, REST APIs, and cloud-based AI services.
• Deploy and maintain production AI solutions with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Support production incidents, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, and Business teams to meet enterprise requirements.
