We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join our Emerging Tech Lab, where we experiment with cutting-edge technologies—AI, Blockchain, IoT, Robotics, AR/VR—to build prototypes, plugins, and proofs of concept that shape the future of enterprise innovation. You will architect and develop new GenAI applications, drive R&D initiatives, and help advance our firm’s AI strategy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering / AI engineering, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy).
• Proven experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks (CrewAI, Autogen, Taskweave).
• Mandatory: Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, AI services, data integration).
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts: pipelines, integration, warehousing.
• Experience working with large datasets (cleaning, transformation, manipulation).
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, packaging, testing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
