Our client is an AI engine for life sciences marketing teams that accelerates the creation, evaluation, and distribution of personalized content. We allow pharmaceutical brand teams to rapidly deploy compliant content at scale. Key Responsibilities: Edit promotional material content for global pharmaceutical clients by checking: Language, grammar, spelling, and punctuation Consistency of language Adherence to brand style and client guidelines Format documents in line with journal/congress requirements. Ensure documents comply with specified style guides (e.g., AMA Manual of Style, brand style, client guidelines). Consistently deliver high-quality edits that exceed client expectations. Contribute to team initiatives such as knowledgesharing and documentation of resources Must-have Skills/Qualifications: Experience working as a medical editor for 2+ years Must have worked in Pharmaceutical, CORs, Medical Communication or related industries. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences or English. A keen eye for detail. Functional knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work under tight timelines in a collaborative environment. Excellent written and spoken English Advantageous to Have: Has TOEFL/IELTS score Knowledgeable on AI Tools Experience or knowledge of MLR/OPDP is a big plus Employment Type: Freelance - Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9 AM to 6 PM US EST Location: Remote Industry: AI Powered Software
