Job title: Lead AI Principal Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead AI Principal Consultant to lead and oversee the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI consulting and be able to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to drive successful AI projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop AI solutions that meet their requirements
• Lead a team of AI consultants to design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in AI to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
• Communicate effectively with clients to present ideas, gather feedback, and provide updates on project status

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI consulting, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Strong technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI-related technologies
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team of AI professionals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
