• Build and present workflow solutions combining prompt engineering, data pipelines, and multimodal AI to solve customer problems like image recognition and document processing
• Coach an SE team through technical reviews, playbook creation, and output validation while delivering your own high-impact projects
• Own pre-sale scoping and SOW validation to accelerate deals, plus drive post-sale delivery that generates ongoing opportunities per account
• Partner with Product and Engineering on integrations, triage complex issues, and juggle up to five concurrent projects across timezones
