Function Description: This position is for “Corporate Purchasing Card Administration”, mainly for US and Canada Market. Purpose of the role: Responsible for meeting SLA & compliance by ensuring optimum productivity & 100%25 accuracy Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for the Issuance of Corporate Purchasing Card & their maintenance. Also, to assure that Dormant CPC Card would be timely communicated & cancelled. Alongside managing “Program Administrator” responsibilities for ~20 markets. Ensure compliance within SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area/Market. Should maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn. Required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives. Critical Factors to Success: Issuance of CPC Card & their maintenance. Managing the responsibilities of “Program Administrator”. Assure Control & Compliance, since this process mainly pertains to US Market. Past Experience: Minimum work experience of 2 - 3 years with good communication (verbal & written) skills.
