Your role

• You will play a key role in the RBA's work to contribute to financial stability. You will work closely with your manager to shape your and your teams' work program, lead and collaborate on projects, and coach more junior staff (as appropriate). This role brings together analysis of the sources of vulnerability and resilience in the Australian financial system analysis of implications of climate change for financial stability. Working in AFS offers an opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how banks and other financial institutions work and are regulated, and to play a part in strengthening Australia's crisis management arrangements to support financial stability. You will also gain exposure to other parts of the Reserve Bank, APRA and other agencies.
