This requires us to deliver on our promises and always look for new opportunities to grow, both ourselves and our business.Job Purpose The Lead Analyst, Commercialization plays a pivotal role in the commercial performance of the Electric business, through strong financial reporting, analysis, and controls. This person will ensure financial integrity or company allocations, indirect charges, and CAPEX, OPEX/Removal splits. This person will be experienced in utility accounting and financial systems, as well as automation and reporting.  Success in this role requires an understanding of our operational execution and its impact on our financial position, in addition to a strategic mindset, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to influence change across diverse stakeholder groups. Key Accountabilities Shape commercial strategy and collectively lead on changing the commercial culture within the business  Implement controls to monitor and correct labor splits, Operating Company allocations, and business unit cross-charging  Monitor direct and indirect accounting performance    Develop, coordinate, and lead efforts to educate the business    Develop a deep understanding of our regulatory allowances and obligations, and accounting policies  Identify and drive opportunities for financial improvement to the business and other SMEs   Influence accounting policy, navigate technical accounting, and understand industry best practices.  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience    5+ years’ experience in utility or electric sector, with a focus on financial management or operational performance  Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams  More Information Salary: $133,000 - $157,000   This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
