Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Design Thinking Facilitator with extensive experience in leadership interactions for driving digital transformation and innovation. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end service design projects, facilitating workshops, and evangelizing design thinking methodologies within WNS. Key Responsibilities: • Primary and secondary research to unearth market & customer insights, journeys, personas, etc • Support and facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to set a vision and develop strategic plans and roadmaps for digital transformation • Design, collate and collaborate to put together the content and toolkit required for client workshops – Miro boards, ideation toolkits, presentations, prototypes, etc • Lead end-to-end strategy projects • Participate in proposals and pitches to embed design thinking in projects and drive the utilization and revenue through DT talent in the team • Design and lead customer research and gather insights to drive innovation and digital transformation • Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders • Evangelise Design Thinking within the organization by designing/curating materials for internal stakeholders to learn and practice design thinking Qualifications • Master’s degree in Design, Business [MBA], or related field • 5+ years of experience in design thinking, service design, strategy, consulting, or related field • Excellent facilitation and communication skills • Strong knowledge of design thinking/service design/strategic consulting methodologies • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong project management skills • Experience in leading workshops and trainings • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Additional Information If you are passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation through design thinking methodologies and have a track record of successful leadership interactions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
