Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Analyst to drive and support projects in the Retail Banking sector. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing a small team, and contributing to revenue growth through benchmarking, market research, and innovation. You will work closely with C-suite executives, provide strategic insights, and facilitate industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver data analysis programs.
  • Manage client meetings and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Oversee a team of Analysts, maximizing their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain program membership.
  • Support the full delivery lifecycle, from sales to results presentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis.
  • Preferable experience in financial services, consulting, or market research (Retail Banking experience is a plus).
  • Business fluency in German and English.
