"This position will work with a product/software development team as a servant leader. The Scrum Master will guide their team to follow Agile practices and Scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and support process improvement. The Scrum Master will ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. The Scrum Master will work to eliminate team impediments. The Scrum Master works directly with Product Owners, engineers and other product team members to guide the product development lifecycle, help create user stories, and manage the product backlog." "- Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups - Support a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle - Trains and supports Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices - Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions - Support the estimation and prioritization of user stories - Collect, track, and report Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product - Support the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities "Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Experience with applying agile / scrum / kanban principles" 2+ years of experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects" "-Demonstrable understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes - General understanding of DevSecOps principles - General familiarity with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services. - Patience and empathy conveying new information - Able to work directly with both technical and non-technical audiences - Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding"
