SNOW is HighRadius’ internal Strategy & Operations team that works directly with our Founder and other CXOs to drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to continually develop and provide inputs to guide and support decision making for leaders. This is a highly visible role that would require you to have strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. This is a highly visible and complex role - the candidate will be the single point of contact for users and Execs across the Consulting department. ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Business Management - Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (eg: operating model optimization, margins improvement, budgeting, digital transformation) within the specified timelines (1-6 months) Understand the as-is, work with the leaders to define the to-be and provide a path to achieve the to-be Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions / initiatives to address them based on data, customer interviews and market research Project Governance - Develop deep understanding of the assigned projects and proactively identify areas of improvement Analytics - Use data modeling, analytics to present visual insights and trends to leaders REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics or Commerce MBA is desirable (though not mandatory) Experience: >4 years experience in Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms or 3-6 years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup Prior SaaS experience is a plus Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business scenarios Stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives Transformative DNA - willing to challenge the status-quo, envision future state, embolden teams and lead the change Executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings Proficient in data analysis, manipulation, and processing with relevant tools (e.g. Google Sheets) Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work plans Perks and Benefits: Performance-based bonus or commission (for eligible roles) Chance to earn stock options for top-performers Paid parental leave Paid company & flex holidays ZINGy environment: quarterly events, team outings, and MORE!
