Responsibilities
  • Manage new product launch or Limited-Time-Offer timeline from development to launch to ensure successful ramp up and down
  • Responsible for drawing attention to any risks to our business driven by any potential challenges regarding ingredient availability, production, and order fulfillment.
  • Understand sourcing strategy such as lead time, nuances of the growing cycles, and countries of origin, etc. of our ingredients by working with the suppliers and procurement teams.
  • Maintain timelines for multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in S&OP sessions highlighting program status and key decision points.
  • Continuously monitor supplier inventory levels to proactively identify and help solve supply gaps to ensure excellent service levels.
  • Provide guidance to the suppliers to mitigate shortages when production/supply is limited.
  • Present and/or deliver project updates to Supply Chain leadership in alignment with internal processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and work cross-functionally to improve business process efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures (e.g. SOPs, work instructions) for planning activities as needed.
