Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management (CM). You will be responsible for data visualization and reporting and conducting peer review testing. To be successful, you will need to bring an end-to-end analytical toolkit that includes extracting data from the Teradata warehouse with SQL; validating and refining findings by partnering with subject matter experts that are in a matrixed organization; creating all required control documentation; and finally completing peer review testing.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the design, development, implementation, and management of business intelligence and reporting solutions
  • Ensure reporting processes and solutions are designed and created according to business requirements and published processes and procedures
  • Complete risk-mitigating activities including code testing, peer review, consolidation of similar recurring processes and reports, and best-in-class documentation (i.e. BRDs, FSDs) that is structured for consistency and is easy to understand by multiple levels of reviewers, partners, and regulatory agents
  • Collaborate across the organization, engaging with peers, risk and compliance managers, and executive leadership as a trusted advisor on analytical and strategic initiatives
  • Review work of others and provide value-added feedback.
