Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in Human Resources as part of the Conduct Analytics & Reporting (CAR) team within Conduct Management (CM).

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct secondary reviews of both database (e.g., Teradata) and non-database (e.g., extracts, reports, Tableau) products
  • Participate in enterprise-wide strategies to resolve highly complex and unique problems through the application of advanced industry techniques, integration of multi-source data, and deep mathematical analysis-delivering scalable, innovative, and long-term solutions
  • Measure and communicate data quality status and improvements
  • Produce evidence of quality checks and process that are auditable
  • Align process with CAR and Enterprise governance guidelines

Also able to:

  • Collaborate across people, processes, and technology/tools within a highly intensive and complex data environment
  • Communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats
  • Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
  • Negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships and deliver
  • Participate in complex projects involving advanced analytics and modeling techniques, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and cross-functional impact
