Execute analyzer turnaround maintenance and oversee assigned analyzer service projects. 2. Interpret, recommend, and implement analyzer engineering design improvements and upgrades. 3. Review analyzer spare part requirements and update analyzer documentation systems. 4. Operate and maintain analyzer workstations, software tools, and data acquisition systems. 5. Conduct specialized technical training for analyzer technicians to enhance competency levels. 6. Evaluate and optimize sample conditioning systems, ensuring reliability of sample flow, pressure. 7. Initiate and optimize preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for online analyzers. 8. Review and manage analyzer materials, spares, and consumable requirements. 9. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs covering: basic analyzer chemistry, sample systems, troubleshooting, and calibration. 10. Provide technical support in troubleshooting analyzer and sample handling systems. 11. Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process analyzers such as gas chromatographs, oxygen analyzers, combustion analyzers, hydrocarbon dew point analyzers, and CEMS systems. 12. Support customers during commissioning, start-up, and emergency maintenance activities. 13. Prepare and maintain documentation for training, troubleshooting, and technical support. 14. Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for analytical systems at Yokogawa facilities and end-user sites. Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
