Description
QualificationsUniversity degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
Experience working within a Chemical company in a similar role.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a role with significant customer contact, ideally in technically demanding, consultative products.
Strong product knowledge and application experience with AODD pumps; familiarity with industrial applications such as chemical processing, water treatment, and general fluid handling.
Initial experience in team leadership or supervision is an advantage.
Willingness to travel (primarily within Europe).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with strong customer orientation.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
Desired CharacteristicsStrong technical problem-solving skills, combined with commercial awareness.
Confident in presenting technical solutions to customers, distributors, and key accounts.
Leadership ability with a structured, motivational, and results-oriented approach.
High adaptability to different customer requirements and fast-changing business environments.
