Description
Enterprise Architecture & Technical Vision Closely working with the architecture team, owning the evaluation, development, and ongoing maintenance of product features in alignment with Provation's strategic objectives, ensuring architectural decisions support business goals. Supports to establish and refine architectural principles, frameworks, and strategies that drive the technical direction of Provation's healthcare SaaS solutions. Facilitate architectural consensus across multiple development teams and technology stacks, ensuring cohesive system design and execution. Apply advanced programming concepts: asynchronous programming, dependency injection, middleware, hosted services, and pub-sub patterns. Architect and develop microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines. Promote and enforce standards, frameworks, and best practices across the engineering organization. Provide technical guidance and support for urgent production issues and high-impact projects. Champion code and component reuse throughout the engineering organization in IDC to maximize efficiency and maintainability. Champion deployment of Provation's healthcare SaaS solutions to international markets by driving necessary architecture, design and code updates to enable them. Ensure organizational adherence to established standards and framework compliance, supporting regulatory requirements and industry best practices within healthcare technology. Produce and maintain comprehensive system architecture models and artifacts that document technical solutions, interoperability, and compliance considerations. Drive creative ideation and prototyping for new features and products, positioning Provation at the forefront of healthcare technology advancements. Collaborate effectively with product, QA, DevOps, and compliance teams to deliver business value. Lead technical discussions, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization. Drive a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous learning. Mentor, coach, and develop software engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices. Builds Extraordinary Teams: Drives impact through collaboration and influence by fostering trust, sharing expertise, and aligning efforts across teams. Delivers Results: Leads complex initiatives to successful completion with high standards, precision, and urgency. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, estimation sessions, and backlog grooming, to support iterative development and team alignment. Conduct code reviews and provide expert guidance to Engineering teams, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable deliverables. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred or equivalent work experience 9-12 years of relevant work experience Expert fluency with C# and .NET Core, Angular or React JS. Exposure of Azure cloud platform and integration patterns. Expert knowledge of security and encryption best practices Occasional travel may be required. Certifications in cloud architecture (Azure) or healthcare IT standards. Experience with open-source technologies and frameworks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
