Job Title Lead Architect Job Description Main responsibilities Responsible for software architecture throughout the development lifecycle, taking into consideration system constraints and enterprise architecture strategy Identify modeling, simulation, and prototyping opportunities Provide knowledge on state-of-the-art software architecture, taking future developments into account Select appropriate design standards, methods, and tools Contribute to the architect community, educates, studies options, and recommends evolutions Mentor developers and peers in the software development discipline About the ideal candidate Minimum of 12+ years of experience with technical hands-on in full-stack development & helping other team members Experience in the design and development Enterprise grade applications, high-performing solutions that handle huge data Knowledge of Azure Cloud and related technologies (Cloud native design, monitoring, and data stores ) Knowledge in SOA and EDA and microservice architecture Knowledge of SAFe and agile way of working Manage security of data in the cloud Technical Expertise: JAVA, Python Web Technologies - Angular Cloud (OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker) Streaming and queuing technologies Databases – MySQL or exposure to any other RDBMS, Couchbase or any other NoSQL Detailed Tech Stack: Excellent command of OOPs in Java and Python. Good knowledge and demonstrable experience in Cloud-based development (Docker container technology in Kubernetes / OpenShift preferred) Hands-on experience in using data structures, and extended libraries in JAVA, Python with knowledge of Design patterns Excellent knowledge of microservices and their design patterns Experience in XML, RestAPI is mandatory and Edifact Good Experience with Troubleshooting and monitoring tools (Grafana, Jmeter, splunk) Excellent knowledge of Kafka(or similar streaming tech) and other queuing technologies. Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment is a plus Deep understanding of non-functional requirements (NFR) and/or underlying technologies impacting the final solution Good working knowledge of couchbase or other NoSQL Databases Behavioral & other Competencies Strong communication abilities to convey technical information to stakeholders, customers and/or be able to influence technical decisions. Collaborate regularly with implementation teams to identify and document any technical debt, new patterns or best practices. Be responsible for technical evolution of the product, work with Business Owners to effectively communicate the benefits (cost, performance, scalability, security, efficiency) of tech advancement to gain proper level of prioritization.
