About the job:
This role is positioned within ILF’s Digitalization operating model and supports alignment between Group IT, Digitalization, architecture governance and business stakeholders.
In this role, you will help shape the future of ILF’s Group-wide application and integration landscape by translating enterprise architecture directions into practical solution, technology and design standards. You will define clear architectural direction, translate strategic priorities into practical technology choices, and ensure that our applications, platforms and integrations evolve into a coherent, secure and scalable ecosystem. The operational platform management remains with the relevant service teams, while this role provides architecture direction and design principles.
You will work at the intersection of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications and business owners, creating alignment across domains and helping teams make architecture decisions that are robust, understandable and actionable.
As a recognized architecture authority, you will balance long-term architecture standards with delivery realities such as cost, risk, operational feasibility and business agility. You will help prevent fragmentation and duplicate solutions while enabling teams to move forward with confidence.
This position offers the opportunity to influence key technology decisions across the ILF Group, contribute to strategic roadmaps and design principles, and support the continuous improvement of our architecture governance, methodologies and integration standards.
