Description du poste As Lead Architect, you will: Define system architecture and clarify design requirements to guide hardware/software teams. Work out fit for purpose solutions that require deep expertise in electronics design and cross-domain integration. Make strategic design decisions balancing cost, modularity, robustness, scalability, and quality. Communicate technical aspects effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including customers. Stay ahead of technological trends and drive the integration of innovative solutions into product designs. Solve complex design trade-offs and mentor engineers in design analysis and tools. Qualifications Senior engineering background in electronics, with strong system-level thinking. Proven experience in architecture, innovation, and cross-functional leadership. Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technology trends to business development. Excellent communicator and coach, able to inspire and guide teams.
