The Lead Endpoint Architect provides architectural work to engineer the Endpoint Infrastructure in a global environment and provides lead expertise to the enterprise systems team collaborating with Microsoft Azure, Networking, and Info Security. An enterprise expert in architecting Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, Mac and Windows management, Laptop Hardware, Azure AD, Office 365, and also Endpoint-Security in a hybrid environment model covering a global workforce.

Responsibilities
  • Solid expertise in Intune and Windows OS operations in an enterprise environment.
  • Mac management using JAMF, including MDM and MEM architectural knowledge.
  • Experience with Zero Touch Provisioning for a hybrid workforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Dell and Mac devices.
  • Strong OS and hardware knowledge in a global setting, covering the full device lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Windows Hello and advanced authentication practices.
  • Expertise in policies, scripting, PowerShell commands, and Windows Registry settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD Join, including hybrid environments.
  • Ability to test and evaluate new features, applications, and hardware.
  • Software Asset Management & Administration, including licensing.
  • Experience in patch management, application rollouts, and updates.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP.
  • Ability to define and implement IT standards and procedures.
