JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Architect will play a pivotal role in driving architectural design excellence within the organization. This position involves overseeing the conception, development, and execution of architectural plans, ensuring they align with project goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate must possess a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage projects from inception to completion successfully.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure as an architect (ARCON certification preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record with commercial, residential, or industrial projects valued at N750 million+.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
