POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager - Licensed Architect with a focus on multi-family housing. The ideal candidate will lead design and development projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes in affordable housing and hospitality sectors. This role involves collaboration with clients, overseeing project teams, and managing project timelines and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in multi-family housing design and development.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing policies and programs, including LIHTC and Section 8 preferred
  • Experience in construction administration and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
