This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects, with a focus on technical excellence and design leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and technical delivery across multiple architectural projects from inception to completion.

  • Interpret, apply, and ensure adherence to general fire regulations and statutory building codes throughout all project phases.
  • Assess, document, and integrate conservation-led solutions for historic construction build-ups, restoration, and upgrades.
  • Develop schemes for modern retrofits and upgrade works, enhancing building performance and meeting current standards.
  • Undertake detailed U-value and thermal performance assessments for proposed and existing building fabric.
  • Specify, review, and coordinate building cladding systems and a wide range of architectural materials suitable for both new and heritage structures.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities, leading multidisciplinary teams where required.
