ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school or its equivalent and 3 years of general work experience
Skills:
Effective and clear communication
Attention to detail
Capable of handling multiple tasks in parallel
Must have ability to read, understand, and explain engineering drawings assembly instructions in English (USA) preferred (Costa Rica)
Proficient in the use of hand tools (including magnification aids and measuring devices)
Manual dexterity required for operating machines

Ability to prioritize tasks and plan
Ability to multi-task and problem-solving
Ability to handle change effectively
Ability to supervise a small group
Understanding of other cultures
Must meet vision requirements as set forth in the Huber+Suhner Astrolab Soldering Procedure
