Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A LEAD ASSET INTEGRATION ENGINEER

As our Lead Asset Integration Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading an asset integration team and matrix-managing delivery team members.
  • Ensuring timely and compliant integration of assets across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Coaching internal and external teams on asset documentation and integration processes.
  • Representing the business on steering groups related to takeover and quality.
  • Coordinating project readiness for handover and supporting post-takeover activities.

You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our new assets are safe, operationally ready, and fully documented.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, THE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA YOU’LL NEED ARE:

  • HNC or above in an appropriate engineering subject or significant experience in a similar role
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or SMSTS
  • Strong understanding of water/wastewater processes and infrastructure development
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across teams
