Description
Key Responsibilities: * Lead Documentation Efforts: Own the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation including user stories, functional specifications (FSDs), and acceptance criteria. * Sprint Planning & Execution: Collaborate with engineering and Scrum teams to plan sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features. * Story Management: Write, refine, and manage user stories in the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. * Scrum Team Integration: Act as the voice of the customer within the Scrum team, participating in all agile ceremonies and ensuring continuous alignment between business and technical teams. * Validation Leadership: Coordinate with QA and business users to validate features and ensure they meet acceptance criteria and business expectations. * Business Translation: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
