Job Requirement Document Band B –Lead Assistant Manager Function: AFO Innovation (F&A – US Market)   1. Role Overview / Basic Function The Lead Assistant Manager will be responsible for supervising the AFO innovation process. The position requires designing, building, and maintaining Alteryx automation workflows, Alteryx databases, and Power BI reports, following established workflow design best practices and BI process standards. Additional responsibilities include driving contract value analysis, reporting, and forecasting while ensuring strict adherence to monthly deadlines.    2. Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions * Perform Contract Value analysis, reporting, forecasting, and collaborating with the AFO Innovation and AFO Agency Compensation teams, process has monthly due dates. * Design, create, and maintain Alteryx automation workflows, Alteryx databases, and Power BI reporting. * Adhere to the AFO Alteryx workflow design best practice checklist and the AFO BI Process steps and SLAs. * Collaborate with AFO Innovation team in BI Committee workflow prioritization sessions, communicating with AFO project requestor SME’s, BI workflow peer reviews, and lessons learned collaboration activities. * Support Folio Net pays balancing process steps as assigned/rotated each month and collaborates with the AFO Innovation, AFO Commission Support, and AFO Agency Compensation teams. This process has specific due dates for each step with no room for slippage, timely communications are mandatory and urgent communication and collaboration can occur. * Manage offshore online SharePoint procedure library ensuring all procedure updates are maintained, available, and utilized from one Procedure Library storage location.   3. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills * Alteryx workflow automation and database management. * Power BI dashboard design and reporting. * Data analysis, forecasting, and net pay balancing. * SharePoint procedure library administration. * BI process compliance and SLA management. * Workflow prioritization, peer review, and collaboration. * SQL querying and database knowledge. * Power Automate workflow creation (good to have).     Process-Specific Skills * Performing contract value analysis and monthly forecasting. * Executing folio net pay balancing with strict deadline control. * Following BI workflow governance, SLA compliance, and design standards. * Ensuring deadline management with clear, timely communication. * Ability to drive operations independently with minimal supervision. * Collaborating effectively with Innovation teams, SMEs, and offshore partners. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Education Requirements * Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or B. Tech in Computer Science (CS).   7. Work Experience Requirements * Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, automation, and process governance, his role combines technical expertise in Alteryx, Power BI and SQL with strong collaboration and communication skills to support innovative initiatives and maintain process integrity. * Experience in client communication and governance forums mandatory. Responsibilities
