Description
Affiliate Partnership Management Serve as the primary point of contact for major affiliate partners, including Credit Karma, CreditMatch, and other marketplace platforms. Manage day‑to‑day communication, campaign updates, performance reviews, and troubleshooting with partner account teams. Ensure accurate and compliant representation of product details, eligibility criteria, and offers across partner sites. Negotiate placements, testing opportunities, and optimization initiatives to improve conversion and portfolio quality. Channel Strategy & Optimization Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate channel strategy aligned with acquisition goals and risk appetite. Identify opportunities to improve funnel performance, including pre‑qualification flows, offer presentation, and targeting. Lead A/B and multivariate testing across partner placements and lightbox experiences. Monitor competitive trends and partner ecosystem changes to inform strategy. Analytics & Performance Management Own lightbox analytics, including tracking, reporting, and diagnosing drop‑off points in the pre‑qualification and application journey. Build performance summaries to communicate results to leadership and cross‑functional teams. Analyze partner‑level performance to optimize spend, improve approval rates, and enhance customer quality. Collaborate with Data Science and Risk teams to refine targeting, eligibility rules, and offer strategies. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with Product and Engineering to implement tracking enhancements, new partner integrations, and funnel improvements. Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure all affiliate placements meet regulatory and brand standards. Coordinate with Marketing to align messaging, creative assets, and testing roadmaps. Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, credit card acquisition, or related fintech roles. Strong understanding of credit card customer acquisition funnels, pre‑qualification processes, and partner marketplace dynamics. Experience working directly with affiliate partners such as Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, LendingTree, or similar platforms. Strong communication and relationship‑management skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. Preferred Skills Experience with lightbox or embedded pre‑qualification flows. Familiarity with credit risk concepts and approval/decline drivers. Background in financial services, fintech, or credit card lending.
